The Monroe County Courthouse is partially open only for limited access and limited proceedings, by Administrative Order of our President Judge Worthington. The series of administrative Orders that explain judicial operations during the pandemic can be found at

The Court is conducting most family law hearings and conferences by teleconferencing using GoToMeeting.

We monitor all of our active cases through our INFOCON access to the records of the Office of the Prothonotary. We can file pleadings and related documents with the Court by email. We are able to meet all of our clients needs despite the limitations in place. We are able to file new cases in Custody, Divorce and Support.

We will continue to post updates on this page as the Court continues to adjust to managing access to judicial relief during the pandemic.
